When you step into the apartment you will be met by a social planning solution where the fully equipped kitchen is to the left with new fridge and freezer, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, stove and oven and much more. You have a dining area for 4 as well as a spacious living room with a sofa bed and large Smart TV as well as a classic French balcony overlooking Calle Fransisco Cano outside. 
The bedroom consists of a comfortable double bed and there is a total of 4 sleeping places in the apartment. 
The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with A / C in all rooms, WIFI, washing machine, coffee maker and much more. 
The cleaning fee includes a set of bed linen and towels per person as well as a starter kit with hand soap, toilet paper and shower gel.
