Welcome to this lovely apartment a private roof terrace with pool and proximity to the beach in Benalmadean Costa. The apartment is located in a quiet area of Benalmadena Costa with proximity to beach, nightlife, shopping, restaurants and activities. Here there is something to do for the whole family, among other things, Torrequebrada Golf is just a stone's throw away, as well as Selwo Dolphinarium, Minigolf, Paloma Park, Tivoli and much more. When you step into the apartment, you are greeted by a bright apartment with a fully equipped kitchen with kettle, coffee maker, toaster, stove and oven and much more to cook during the holidays.There is a dining area for 4 people and furthermore you have a comfortable sofa bed in front of the large smart TV. Further out on the balcony you have a lovely dining area under the parasol. Upstairs you have the private roof terrace with lounge area, dining table, sun loungers and a tidy gas grill. The apartment is otherwise equipped with A / C in all rooms, WIFI, communal pool, washing machine, fridge and freezer and much more. The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels per person. Baby Package €39: including cot and high chair, on request and subject to availability. The courtesy set is provided only for the beginning and not for the entire stay.
Pools have very different opening times, please inquire before the booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay. 

In accordance with current regulations, due to the ongoing drought in Andalucia,  the use of water for filling and refilling swimming pools is prohibited from 1 October. ALL SWIMMING POOLS will remain CLOSED from 30th of September 2024 until further notice.
