Welcome to this charming apartment located the popular Colinas de Calahonda complex just 30min from the airport, 20min from Fuengirola and only 15min to Marbella.
The apartment is located in Sitio de Calahonda in the municipality of Mijas on the Costa del Sol, and in the area there is everything you could wish for, just 290m from the apartment you have the sports club Club Del Sol with paddle tennis courts, gym and much more, across the street you have also the clubhouse to the prestigious La Siesta golf course, which is very popular and well maintained.The main street and city center are only 1km away and there is a wide range of restaurants and bars from all over the world, nearby there are also several well-stocked grocery stores such as Lidl, Mercadona and Supersol. The beach is about 1.7km from the apartment and you can easily get there by bike or electric scooter but also by taxi or bus if you do not have a car, you can also go that distance.
As you step into the apartment you will be greeted by a charming and open floor plan with the living room and the large balcony with sea views and views of Calahonda and Marbella, the living room is fully equipped with a large TV with many international channels, dining group for 4 indoor and outdoor dining groups. for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge and freezer, toaster and much more.Both bedrooms have comfortable double beds and there are 2 bathrooms, one of which has a bath and shower, the other has a toilet and shower.
The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with A / C in each room, WIFI, Laundry and dishwasher, Heated indoor pool and an unheated outdoor pool and much more!

Pools have very different opening times, please inquire before the booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay. 


In accordance with current regulations, due to the ongoing drought in Andalucia,  the use of water for filling and refilling swimming pools is prohibited from 1 October. ALL SWIMMING POOLS will remain CLOSED from 30th of September 2024 until further notice.
